Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Loksa Camping platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to a binding Rental Agreement signed by both parties. The agreement becomes effective upon digital signature via Smart-ID or equivalent qualified electronic signature. The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe. Prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT where applicable. The platform fee is non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled by Loksa Camping.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation >14 days before pick-up: 100% refund (excluding platform fee)
- Cancellation 7–14 days before pick-up: 50% refund of rental cost
- Cancellation <7 days before pick-up: No refund
5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be returned within 7 business days after the vehicle is returned in its original condition. Deductions may be made for damages, excessive cleaning, or fuel shortfalls.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, possess a valid driver's license, and comply with all traffic laws. The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving outside designated areas.
7. Limitation of Liability
Loksa Camping's liability is limited to the rental amount paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia.
