The loksa.camp Fleet Unit
An optional installed telemetry device that reports each vehicle's current or last-known status back to your fleet view. Every reading shows the time it was recorded and whether the device is online or stale. Location and status are private to your authorised fleet users — never public.

Privacy & security
Vehicle telemetry can include location data, so we treat it as sensitive.
- Fleet location data is never public. It is not exposed on listing pages, in public APIs, or through predictable identifiers.
- Only authorised users on your fleet account can see a vehicle’s location and status.
- Renters must be informed when a vehicle carries a tracking device, on a legitimate contractual basis.
- Access and retention policies are documented, and location history is not silently retained beyond what is needed.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay marketplace commission on my own customers?+
No. Bookings you record yourself as direct or offline bookings do not carry marketplace commission. Commission only applies to renters that loksa.camp brings you through the marketplace.
Is the Fleet Unit required?+
No. The loksa.camp Fleet Unit is an optional installed telemetry device. You can manage vehicles, availability, bookings and agreements without it, and add telemetry to the vehicles where you want it.
How fresh is the location data?+
We show the current or last-known location together with the time it was recorded, and whether the device is online or its signal is stale. Update frequency depends on connectivity and the device configuration, so positions are not continuous.
Can I keep my existing booking system?+
Yes. You can sync availability by iCal and forward booking events by webhook, so loksa.camp fits alongside tools you already use. See the integrations page for details.
What does it cost?+
Marketplace bookings carry commission; direct/manual bookings you enter yourself do not. Fleet software and telemetry are offered on a subscription or individually agreed basis. Pricing for the current pilot is agreed per partner — contact us for pilot pricing.
