Why list on loksa.camp?
loksa.camp is a campervan and motorhome rental marketplace built specifically for Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. If you run a rental company or manage a fleet of vehicles in the Baltics, listing here puts your vehicles in front of renters who are already looking in this region — not buried in a global aggregator where you compete with thousands of listings across Europe.
The platform handles the booking flow end to end: date availability, Stripe payments with escrow, rental agreements, and digital signing via Smart-ID. You don't build any of that — you just provide the vehicles and manage handover. Partner commission is 5% of the rental fee — half the standard 10% rate that individual hosts pay. No upfront cost, no monthly fee.
What you get as a partner
When your application is approved, you get a real loksa.camp account with role: partner. This is the same login system used by hosts and renters — no separate portal to learn. From your account you can see all bookings on your fleet, view renter details, and manage your vehicles.
- Bulk listing import — push your entire fleet in one API call instead of creating each vehicle by hand. Listings are matched by
source_platform + external_idso re-importing updates rather than duplicates. - iCal availability sync — provide a standard
.icsfeed URL per vehicle (most fleet management software exports one). loksa.camp polls it automatically and blocks dates that are already booked elsewhere. - Booking webhook — receive a signed HTTP notification the moment a renter's payment is confirmed. Use it to update your own system, notify your team, or trigger a handover workflow.
- API key for automation — separate from your login, for CI/CD pipelines or nightly fleet syncs.
- Customer Acquisition Credit (CAC) — fleet operators who list 5 or more active vehicles automatically receive €300 per unit in platform credit. On a fleet of 5 that's €1,500 to offset your first season's costs.
Preferred and Exclusive tiers are available for larger fleets and come with priority listing placement. The 5% commission rate applies across all partner tiers — no negotiation needed.
How the onboarding works
There are three steps and none of them require technical expertise to get started:
- Apply — fill in the partner application form with your company name, fleet size, and country. We'll reply within one business day.
- Account setup — we create your partner account and send you login credentials. You can log in at loksa.camp/login immediately. If you want API access for automated imports, we generate an API key at this stage.
- List your fleet — upload vehicles manually through the dashboard, or use the import API to push your full fleet at once. Add iCal feed URLs so availability stays in sync. New listings are reviewed before going live, usually within 24 hours.
Once live, bookings flow the same way as for individual hosts: payment is captured at checkout, funds are held in escrow, and transferred to you after the rental completes minus the 5% platform commission. If you already have 5 or more active campers on the platform as a host, your account is automatically upgraded to partner tier and your CAC credit is applied — no application required.
